Requirements:

• Graduated with a science major from Senior High School (SMA/MAN) or Mechanical/Electrical major from Vocational High School (SMK)
• Minimum height 165cm with proportional weight
• Pass all selection process that held by Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food and ITSB
• Pass the medical test
