Easy processing and preparation
Inherent quick setting nature of i-soc, enable manufacturers to have a faster turnaround, hence, optimizing the use of product line capacity. The fats solidify directly to a stable form, eliminating the process of tempering. This fast crystallization also assists in the final product, amongst them, glossiness, clean moulds release, and non-greasiness, that will make them stand out in the market.

Appetizing appearance
i-soc satisfies the senses with excellent snap and gloss, and an outstanding cool melt sensation. Combination of these factors imparts an appetizing appearance and delectable mouth-feel that is hard to resist.

i-soc compatibility with cocoa butter is very limited. In order to achieve its optimum results, it is recommended at least 95% i-soc is used in the total fat system.
